We needed a small business solution and called Tech Support.
They were very responsive and gathered a lot of information prior to coming onsite for support. The tech did an excellent job – he did everything we wanted!!! I was impressed that he came prepared with an understanding of the issue and a couple of solutions. He explained the options and I was able to pick one that works for us.
We are very excited to have a fully functional business computer system. We finally have an IT team that is giving us what we want and will be contacting Tech Support Calgary anytime we have an issue in the future.
